2 MONTHS TO SHIP July 6, 2021 Reviewer: Sam from St. Louis, MO United States   Product said IN STOCK so I thought it would take about a week or so to ship.  It took almost 2 months for this to actually ship.  I would get changing dates on when my order would leave the company.  Had to exchange 5+ emails with customer service to get answers.  Nobody reached out to me about any of the issues, I had to keep contacting them.  I will say that dealing with JAVIER was great and he dealt with me each time and didn't lie to me and told me what was causing issues and that he was working hard to get my order out that was 40+ days behind schedule.  Thank you JAVIER for talking with me.  Would have been 2 stars if not for him.  I almost canceled my order because I thought I would never get it.  Tracking says it should arrive today.  Bought 5/12/2021 and now it's 7/6/2021. Authentic Daniel Defense MK18 Upper Receiver March 15, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Los Angeles, CA United States   This review is getting a 5-star rating because I did receive an authentic Daniel Defense MK18 Upper receiver with the hard to get 5.56 MK18 cerakote markings. That being said, when I selected purchase and spent $1,500 on an In Stock item, I did not expect it to take 38 days to receive. Like I said before, this is a legit DD MK18 upper, but just prepare to wait for it. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent customer support and quality products January 18, 2021 Reviewer: J.   Buy with confidence. Product arrived as described and special requests were accommodated. Shipping took some time, but the over whelming number of orders makes the delay understandable. Communication with the RKS team was always attainable via email or phone.
