Was promised an HK Rail was held, paid in full. A Rock River Arms catalog was sent to the wrong address, had to drive to the post office 1/2 hour away to find out. Gave them a week to try and find the missing rail. Asked for a refund and I guess it was asking too much for the refund info.. emails not answered. Once I threatened to call the bank I got a nasty message sent to me stating I’m banned from all of their premises and subsidiary store as well since I gave bad feedback.Week two waiting for refund of $588. Orders from them off Gunbroker without an issue before Make sure it’s in stock before you order.
