I ordered a 5 position HK416 gas block in May 2020, a couple weeks later send an email asking for status and was told it would be sent as soon as it delivered to the warehouse, even though the web page said it was in stock. 3 months later, no gas block, no communication from RKS. I emailed again and asked for status, and was told RKS would look into it. Another 2 weeks, no response from RKS about looking into my issue. I emailed again and was told a mistake was made in the RKS system, invoices showing shipped, computer showing not shipped. I finally got the part, after waiting 7 months. Even though RKS followed through, I am disappointed in the level of customer service. I expected a response from RKS when I was told the issue would be looked into, but I had to ask again for status. I have not even gotten a "Whoops sorry about that", or a parting gift or anything, from RKS for there mistake, to me that is not how a company creates a return customer or word of mouth advertising.
